Jack Hollis Johnson Sr., 80, of Dunlap, died a Christian on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Bertie McWilliams Johnson; and Aunt Vesta McWilliams. Survivors include his wife, Norma Vandergriff Johnson; son, Jack Hollis "Jay Bird" Johnson; and sister, Betty Austin, all of Dunlap. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CST Saturday, October 4, 2014 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Terry Barker officiating. Burial will follow in Teague Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
